Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide you with the next steps and return instructions.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong size, color, or would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit, where applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery at hizoyak@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
